Who we are
VM Renovations & Maintenance LLC is a licensed general contractor (CBC1268886) in Naples, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through our ads, our forms and this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions are always welcome at vmrenoswfl@gmail.com or (239) 832-0996.
Information we collect
When you fill out one of our forms, book a time with us, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we receive what you choose to share, typically your contact details and information about your project. We use it to work with you on your project.
If you call or text us, we keep your number and the conversation history so we can manage your appointments and your project.
To see which of our ads work, we share some of this information with advertising platforms such as Meta, for example that you requested an estimate or booked an appointment.
How we use your information
- To respond to your requests and questions
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments
- To keep a record of your project, so everything we discussed is on hand
- To measure and improve our advertising
Text messages
When you give us your phone number through one of our forms or bookings, you agree to receive text messages from VM Renovations about your inquiry, your appointments, and your project, including confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your questions. Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested. We keep a record of when and how you agreed. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the top of this policy.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Third-party services
We rely on outside service providers to run our business, each with its own privacy policy. They include:
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Meta | Runs our ads on Facebook and Instagram, hosts some of our forms, and measures our ads. |
| GoHighLevel | Holds our customer records and runs our scheduling and text messages. |
| Netlify | Hosts this website. |
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. We only share information when one of our service providers needs it to do its job, or when the law requires it. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information would pass to the new owner and remain protected under this policy.
How we protect it
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting who can access it. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and project records are kept for as long as we're working with you and as our normal business records require. If you would like something deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email vmrenoswfl@gmail.com and we will take care of it. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
